We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Departmental Secretary. To qualify you must have an Associate’s degree with a minimum of two years related experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support and assisting Manager and staff of Rusk Program Outcomes; providing support for case mix management system staff; providing clerical support including correspondence, word processing, mailings, minutes, filing and various reports; composing, typing and distributing meeting notes, routine correspondence and reports; maintaining databases and communicating verbally and in writing as needed to answer inquiries and provide information; preparing source data for computer entry; preparing reports based on prescribed guidelines; plus all related job duties as assigned. Excellent communication skills are essential.
Bachelor’s degree in health care related area preferred.
