Senior Process EngineerLooking for a Senior Process Engineer who has a passion for process improvements.Reporting to the Site Director of Engineering, the Senior Process Engineer will develop and validate processes used in the design and manufacturing of medical devices. As a core member of the Engineering team working closely with other functional department on the design, coordination and implementation of manufacturing processes for taking new product from design into manufacturing and scale-up as well as sustaining activitiesPRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES / DUTIES:The ideal candidate will have solid experience in the planning, coordinating and management of new products/processes in a fast paced, highly regulated environment. Must have the ability to methodically solve problems, identify solutions, and implement resolution while improving yields. Experience with Lean and Six Sigma a plus.Will apply technical knowledge to innovate, design, and develop processes, and procedures on new product development teams.

Responsible for the development and validation of processes used in the manufacture of medical devices. Will set up test methods for process validations, creating appropriate protocols and reports to support new product development activities (including IQ, OQ, PQ). Responsible for ensuring proper documentation is completed to meet quality systems requirements. The Senior Process Engineer will oversee development builds working closely with other departments to ensure that the company complies with the company policy and procedures at all times.

Must maintain a focus on the customer requirements and expectations.REQUIRED (MUST-HAVE) MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:*Typically requires a BS degree in an engineering discipline: software, electrical, systems, mechanical, working in a high volume medical device environment. *Requires at least 2 to 4 years of process engineering or manufacturing experience in the medical device industry preferred.OTHER KEY QUALIFICATIONS:*Strong verbal and written communication, organization, problem solving and interpersonal skills are necessary *Recent work experience as an Electronic/Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineer/Process Engineer*Experience in medical projects (preferred) *Demonstrated cross functional leadership ability and extensive experience working across cross functional teams including technical and non-technical work. *Demonstrated "intellectual" leadership- the ability to question and a passion to drive improvement.*Ability to organize and present technical and project management overviews without assistance. *Demonstrated ability to champion projects and initiatives; ability to drive initiatives across functional groups and organizations, from "concept to execution".*Experience with design control and regulatory requirements that relate to process design and manufacturing.
