Will perform research to study the effects of experimental treatments on HPV+ and HPV - cancer cell lines and xenograft models in mice.

Will maintain cell lines.

Will perform tissue culture, cell proliferation / cytotoxicity assays, flow, cytometry,cell cycle analyses, antigen detection, fluorescent microscopy, mitochondrial respiration / acidification assays, molecular procedures including immunoblotting, cloning, PCR , qRT- PCR and immunoprecipitation.

Order laboratory supplies, keep up-to-date with the relevant literature, develop laboratory procedures and help train graduate students, medical students and post-docs.

Minimum Requirements:
A bachelor’s degree in an appropriate area of specialization and one year of appropriate experience. Appropriate college coursework may substitute at an equivalent rate for the required experience.
