MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
1.Bachelor?s Degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent training.
2.Advanced degree or CPA desired.
3.5 to 7 years of Healthcare work experience.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1.Supervises and manages accounting staff. Hires, trains, evaluates, and disciplines staff as appropriate.
2.Oversees the daily activities of the department; develops and implements short and long term plans designed to achieve department objectives.
3.Prepares and oversees general ledger closings.
4.Analyzes and ensures accuracy of accounting reports produced by employees.
