General Responsibilities: At least 10 years of experience within the Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living arenas Communicate operations standards for cost control, quality and safety control, and develop and manage facility leadership teams to carry out operations strategies and goals. Strategize, develop and plan for short- and long-term operations goals that support company culture and overall business strategy. Evaluate, train and advise facility leadership teams on the impact of short-term and long-term planning, introduction of new programs and strategies and regulatory interaction. Create and facilitate new operations systems and goals that support company culture and overall business strategy Oversee the budgets under direction of CFO and hold facility leadership teams in compliance with the objectives and goals. Serve as a resource and provide direct and indirect supervision of facility leaders. May oversee the operations of individual facilities from time to time. In conjunction with Human Resources, provide support to facility leaders in regard to evaluating, counseling and terminating associates. Enforce corporate policies and procedures to assure employee compliance. Review daily, monthly, quarterly and annual quality assurance measures for each facility. Communicate and coordinate regional functions to assure team effectiveness, positive team relationships and continued proficiency.
