Sennheiser Electronic Corporation has an exciting opportunity to work in our fastest growing business segment within our Telecommunications channel.

As an Inside Sales Rep, you will be responsible for business development and selling products, while maintaining existing customer accounts through effective outbound calling sales techniques. Other responsibilities include: Generating sales revenue to meet or exceed monthly sales quota, assisting our Area Sales Managers in securing on-site customer appointments, providing customers with product information and services, working closely with Sennheiser’s resale partners and dealers, outside sales staff, sales management and related internal departments.

Requirements: • Demonstrated and proven sales ability to meet and exceed sales quotas • Must have excellent organizational skills • Exceptional self-motivation to achieve and exceed goals • Ability to be persuasive over the phone • Ambitious drive and competitive nature • Good problem solving skills • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel Education/Experience: • Associates or Bachelor’s degree (preferred) with minimum 1 year related sales experience. • May consider lesser education with additional years of related sales experience. Other: • J.D. Edwards, Lotus Notes, and ACT preferred
