Automotive manufacturing facility in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a Technical Translator.
Requirements
Strong Communication and interpersonal skills (for both Japanese and English)
Interprets and translates Japanese and English language for business meetings and written documents and communications using both simultaneous and consecutive interpreting methods
Provides linguistic assistance to associates
Assists associates in creating documents and presentation materials in Japanese and English required for meetings and general communications
May serve as liaison for outside translation and interpretation requests
Experience:
Minimum 5 years experience as a technical translator/interpreter
Bachelor's Degree
Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint)
Must be able to speak, read, and write Kanji
