We have an opportunity for a Technical Consultant to join our team that is consistently distinguished as the benchmark for service in our industry. You will have a chance to be a key contributor and learn from a talented team as you work with Axiom EPM clients, partners, and implementation consultants to ensure the software platform is exceeding the expectations of our enterprise clients. The Senior Technical Consultant is a regular, full-time, salaried position.

DUTIES

  • Be proactive to identify and learn Axiom EPM software and customer implementations. Continually maintain and enhance personal product knowledge
  • Provide outstanding customer service, answer questions, resolve customer issues and provide guidance related to Axiom EPM software and its technical environment
  • Maintain a queue and determine priority of software support issues reported by customers; record and document the help desk problem solving process to include successful and unsuccessful actions taken
  • Serve as a technical resource to internal customers within Axiom EPM to provide expertise in hardware support, software support, networking, server, and database management
  • Collaborate with team members from Consulting, Development and Sales, as well as our customer base, to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation
  • Demonstrate great flexibility and exhibit excellent interpersonal skills
QUALIFICATIONS

  • BS Degree or 3-5 years-experience supporting enterprise software and training others on its use
  • Work efficiently with a wide variety of computer frameworks and applications primarily focusing on Microsoft Windows Servers, SQL Servers, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Be a tenacious learner interested in cutting edge technology with a desire to become an expert at financial planning system design, database design and software development
  • Must have excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills and be self-motivated, able to work independently, as well as part of a team, in a fast-paced environment
