As a member of the Symantec Renewal Operations Team, a Service Center Representative will have an overall responsibility to assist Sales in Revenue Attainment in a variety of different ways. A Service Center Rep will also be required to manage multiple projects and assignments that are complex in nature where considerable judgment is required in resolving problems and making recommendations.
Daily Responsibilities May Include:
o Quote Generation
o Data Validation
o Project Management
o Directing Customer Inquiries (Internal & External)
o Maintaining Excel based Data Sheets
o Responding to and Resolving System Issues
o Engaging with Cross-Functional Business Groups
o Working directly with Symantec Sales
o Working directly with Symantec Partners
o Scheduling and Moderating Meetings and Conference Calls
o Conducting Trainings via PowerPoint
o Completion of College Degree, vocational training, or equivalent experience.
o Experience with Microsoft: Windows, Excel, Word, Outlook etc.
o Database Experience, Oracle Financial Preferred.
o Ability to handle multiple tasks in an efficient and professional manner.
o Decision making skills, and ability to show good judgment in decision making when necessary.
o Strong communication skills, both written & verbal.
o Strong attention to detail and organization.
