Job Description

As a member of the Corporate Access team, this person will be responsible for organizing and executing meetings between institutional investors and corporate clients in various non-deal settings, including roadshows, field trips, and small group events. Related responsibilities will include providing support to the 1 on 1 meeting coordinator for all conferences and investor forums.

The successful applicant will demonstrate an ability to work well with internal partners in Equity Research, Equity Sales, Investment Banking and Compliance, as well as with external partners such as Corporate Clients and service providers.

The candidate must possess strong communication skills and have experience interacting professionally with corporate and institutional customers in a fast-paced, pressure-filled environment. An understanding of investor relations practices is also highly desirable.

Required technology skills include functionality with Powerpoint, Word, and Excel, which are necessary to create presentations, investor profiles, briefing booklets, and investor feedback summaries. Familiarity with event planning programs such as Ipreo I-planner or Dealogic Event Manager would be a plus.
The abilities to work both independently and as a member of a close-knit team are extremely important, as are a positive work attitude and close attention to detail. The work schedule is flexible and may include the occasional requirement to work late and to travel for investor conferences.

Basic Qualifications

3+ years capital markets industry experience OR a PhD in Math, Physics, Engineering or other mathematical field.

Minimum Qualifications

10+ years of experience in a corporate access role on an institutional equities platform.
Experience interacting professionally with corporate and institutional customers in a fast-paced, pressure-filled environment.
Strong knowledge of Power Point and the ability to create presentations, investor profiles and investor feedback summaries.
Candidate must have ability to work late into the evening and/or on weekends if necessary to meet deadlines.
