Collects and prepares documents in the opening and closing of orders, assisting escrow principals, their lenders and/or agents in the closing of escrows involving the financing or sale of real property. Assists Escrow Officer with administrative duties and maintaining business.

Required Experience:
Professional advocate who creates a positive company experience with customers, business associates, vendors and fellow employees. Ideal candidates will be pro-active and have positive attitude. Should possess strong organizational skills and be detail-oriented with ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Will maintain composure under high pressure situations. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work with people individually and as a versatile team player. Will also have proven ability to provide exceptional customer service.

Required Education:
College graduate or commensurate work experience in related field (escrow, real estate, lending) preferred. Prior work experience in professional office and/or customer service setting preferred. Must be computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Basic business writing skills required. State of Hawaii notary preferred.
