Job Description Assist the mainframe/server service delivery manager in vendor oversight of an IT infrastructure managed services contract.

Assist in the oversight an IT infrastructure contract, focusing on server services, including 3500 servers and 1.2 Petabytes of data storage for 73 state agencies. Specific duties include:

* Review and approve service level agreement results
* Review and approve vendor invoices
* Provide feedback on technical solutions, ensuring they will meet business requirements while following architectural standards and contractual terms
* Work with customers and the IT infrastructure service provider to resolve server service concerns

Understands best practices in service management including contract and vendor management in an outsourcing or shared service environment.

Qualifications Required Skills

Knowledge of Server management - 5 years
IT Infrastructure vendor management - 2 Years
Strong verbal and written communications - 5 Years
ITIL foundations certification - 1 Year
project coordination - 2 Years
mainframe, server and storage technologies - 5 Years
US Citizen (requirement of this facility) - 1 Year
Understands best practices in service management including contract and vendor management in an outsourcing or shared service environment - 1 Year
