Saile Group, LLC is seeking a Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or Civil Engineering graduate with strong communication and mathematical skills to work under supervision providing Manufacturing and Industrial Engineering support to project operations.
Ideal candidate will perform a variety of engineering duties by applying basic engineering techniques and analyses. Assignments will utilize practical knowledge of equipment, materials, facilities, and systems. Key activities may include detail and conceptual engineering, design, layout and planning of piping and mechanical systems, insulation and lagging install, compiling, organizing, tabulating, and performing calculations required for the data evaluation. Assignments may also include preparation of construction plans and specifications, spreadsheet preparation, site development design, report writing, assistance with large report preparation, construction cost estimating, construction observation and facility inspections. Includes quantity development, pricing, subcontractor coordination, clarifications, scheduling, safety, project management, planning, cost estimating, technical writing. Other responsibilities associated with this position as needed. Willingness to travel or relocate to supplier, client site locations is required.
Qualifications: Degree or experience in Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or Civil Engineering and 0-4 years of experience. Bachelor or Associates degree in civil, mechanical or environmental engineering preferred but applicable experience is accepted. Familiarity with software packages typically associated within these engineering disciplines is also required.
