Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
A. Package, create and band equipment, parts, materials, products and accessories to minimize damage during shipment or staging and to create a safe work environment.
B. Must be certified to operate fork lift.
C. Receive, document, store, stage and issue all job related material to satisfy production requirements.
D. Must be able to follow written and verbal work instructions.
E. Coordinate the flow of material to meet internal customer needs
F. Complete daily pre-shift inspection for fork lifts, report any unsafe or non-conforming equipment issues and generate work orders as needed.
G. Apply labels, stickers, stencils as required for identification and ease of storage or shipping.
H. Comply with all safety requirements, including proper use of personal protective equipment and operation of equipment in a safe and competent manner. Understand and meet all departmental safety objectives and goals. Keep assigned work-area clean, organized, and orderly per 5S standards.
