Provides overall management and supervision for the Guardianship Program Branch/Fiduciary Section.
Provides daily oversight of the Fiduciary Section ensuring all benefit responsibilities for wards assigned to the state are met efficiently and effectively.
Responsible for and analyzes Branch/Section operations and recommends policy and procedural changes.
Coordinates Branch/Section activities ensuring the wards of the state receive applications and eligibility of benefits is maintained.
Reviews and ensures that the standard operating procedures, statutes and regulations are followed.
Responsible for supervision of employees, including performance evaluations, personnel and disciplinary actions.
Prepare specialized reports/queries and serve as liaison to state and federal government bodies.
