Serve as a liaison between the field offices, home office departments, and affiliated life insurance companies, primarily for compensation issues as well as other issues (procedures, communications, rankings, etc.)

Communicates both verbally and in writing with HO and field regarding commission issues

Troubleshoot, research and resolve problems and concerns with compensation/IVC issues for both Classic and Choice Advisors

Process Splits, Block Transfers, Shareholder Information Request Forms, Anti-Switch letters, Cash Advance Requests, Pacesetter paperwork, Management Incentive Program paperwork, Service Fees calculations, Investment Bonus calculations, override adjustments/year end exceptions

Process debit collections/research debits for cancelled and active advisors; communicates debit both verbally and in writing/prepares cancelled advisors debits for Legal

Serve as a tour guide to visiting groups/MP candidates

Gathers policy/account information on cancelled advisors to send to division offices for reassignment

Backs up Field Compensation Analyst; assists in AAMS reporting, FABTP and NAFTP processing

Other miscellaneous assignments to assist senior staff

Required Skills

Job Qualifications/Requirements:
Extensive troubleshooting and problem resolution experience

Advanced telephone communication skills and experience

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Must work effectively in a team environment

Highly organized with exceptional time management and problem solving skills

Ability to manage concurrent projects/multitask, attention to detail and follow-up

Diplomacy, confidentiality, tact, and effective negotiation skills

Proven P.C. experience (windows, spreadsheet, and word processing); ability to produce/update forms a plus

Knowledge of the W&R field work force and operations preferred; knowledge of Classic and Choice Platforms a plus

Experience in Accounting and/or payroll systems, such as Ceridian is a plus

Knowledge of W&R Licensing procedures a plus

Knowledge of W&R shareholder systems a plus

Regular and predictable attendance a must

Required Experience

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of work experience
