Dun & Bradstreet Credibility Corp. is looking for a Sales Team Lead to oversee and lead a sales team in the New Customer Acquisition world. NCA teams sell to those customers with an average spend of less then $2,000.00 per transaction, with less than 50 employees. This person will be responsible for managing team members who are handling all inbound and/or outbound calls, including personnel management (time and attendance), coaching, training, and interfacing with other department heads to maximize sales performance on the team.

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION:
BS/BA in Business Related field or related experience required

EXPERIENCE:
Ideal candidate would have 3+ years prior sales management experience in a metric-driven call center environment

Strong interpersonal platform and excellent oral and written communication skills required

Must be able to drive team performance to meet commitments

Must make recruiting, retaining and developing talent a priority

External candidates must have extensive selling skills, with a proven track record in demonstrating strong sales performance results

Must demonstrate the ability to work in a rapidly changing environment, handle multiple priorities and effectively lead teams through change

Must be goal oriented, creative, and highly analytical

Must be able to empower team members to make decisions that drive results for their customers

Expertise with various online tracking technologies and experience with social media is a plus

Responsible for personnel administration for the team, including (but not limited to): salary review, team member development, planning/training, performance management and employee relations

Work with various internal partners to increase the overall quantity and quality of sales leads and overall NCA call volume. This includes: source identification (SBS, Web, modeling, cross-sell and partnerships), lead qualification, distribution, routing and tracking.

Employ and replicate best demonstrated sales practices as well as sales process improvements

Develop and foster direct lines of communication with counterparts in Operations, Marketing and other D&B divisions (Sales & Marketing Solutions, etc.) to improve process, enhance lead quality and raise overall sales yield

Monitor and review the transition of customers into core micro channel to maximize usage and minimize cost of service. Ensure proper segmentation throughout the channels.

Dun & Bradstreet Credibility Corp. is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to lead the development and creation of integrated direct marketing campaign strategies that support profitable sales growth, customer acquisition and retention. The Senior Manager will directly interface with functional leadership to define and implement strategies that will be applied to business to business marketing activities. Strong collaboration will be required with Sales leadership to understand opportunities and leverage internal and external resources to drive lead generation. Position strategically plans, manages and executes marketing, promotion and data management initiatives through the direct oversight of offline marketing channels including direct mail, email and non-traditional media to drive profitable lead generation.

  • This person must be able to spend 2 days a week in Bethlehem, PA Sales Office (60 miles from Short Hills, NJ office)
Specifically

Work cross functionally to deliver offline marketing strategies with detail project specifications and provide end to end project management

Lead the development of channel marketing plans, leveraging business intelligence, prospect and customer segmentation strategies to drive relevant messaging and product targeting

Oversee the creative and production vendor management

Manage the timely development and deployment of creative assets to support email, direct mail, print, landing pages and sales collateral, working with internal creative services team and external agencies

Accurately forecast inbound lead generation
