As an External Wholesaler, you will be responsible for proactively promoting sales of Lincoln Financial Distribution annuity products to financial advisors in the Bank Channel through wholesale and point of sale efforts.

Responsibilities

Sales and Relationship Management
  • Develop and maintain profitable productive relationships with Financial Advisors in order to significantly capture sales and market share
  • Proactively seek and support the development of new initiatives to enhance Lincoln's success and market presence
  • Develop and implement Territory Business plan
  • Support and participate in various Strategic Partner firm meetings and conferences
  • Capture field activity and sales related data in LFD Contact Management System
  • Coordinate sales activities with LFD Internal Wholesalers and the External Wholesalers in other product lines

Requirements

Education
  • Undergraduate degree or 4+ years of comparable work experience
  • FINRA Series 6 and 63 required
  • Life, Health License in all states within assigned region required
Experience
  • 3-5+ of experience years in Sales that directly aligns with the specific responsibilities for this position
  • Proficiency in Financial Services Sales, Wholesaling, Life Insurance Sales, Life Insurance Products, Relationship Management
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting and/or exceeding performance expectations
  • Possesses a bias for action and avoids workplace distractions
  • Drives performance targets to completion
