As a Senior Operational Trainer, you will train talented individuals and exceptional professionals! This a great opportunity to effective the delivery of training programs across a Fortune 25 Organization. We're looking for individuals who keep abreast of various training delivery techniques, business processes, products and systems in specific areas of expertise. This will encompass training of one functional area such as Claims or Customer Service individuals in the Training Delivery Operational functions and could include some aspects of the design process and training material as needed. We are looking for someone who has extensive work experience in a highly matrix organization across multiple functions.
Primary Responsibilities:
Must have strong written and oral communication skills and a desire to lead and develop employees
May be required to travel and or cross train in new or emerging functions
Ability to support the design process
Supporting the Commissions / Credentialing Organization and Case Installation
Performing the Commissions / Credentialing role during the enrollment season, including implementing new business
Researching new products/services that the company will be offering
Managing projects pertaining to the installation process
General Profile:
Extensive work experience within the Commissions / Credentialing (also referred as "own area" throughout document) / Case Installation area
Work is frequently completed within established procedures and processes
Works independently
Will act as a resource for others
Will coordinate others' activities
Will have leadership responsibilities within the classroom or virtual classroom environment
Will communicate with audiences of different size and scope

Acts as a facilitator to resolve conflicts on team; seen as key team member on project teams spanning more than own function

Will coordinate work of other team members
Will be required to give feedback to students and coaches/SME's
Will demonstrate a strong sense of urgency relative to metric achievement
Will build relationships with the appropriate Business Partners by participating in meetings, presentations and information sharing
May participate in the hiring process as an interviewer
Will travel to solve instructional needs
Will cross train in areas of need
Will have demonstrated success in the area of peer mentoring
Will have demonstrated leadership abilities and success
Qualifications
Requirements:
Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word & Excel)
Candidates must have superior communication skills and an ability to work collaboratively with other team members
Prior Healthcare experience is required to work with all levels of staff
Preferred:
College degree preferred, High school education or equivalent experience
Previous Training experience preferred
Previous experience with a Virtual Classroom environment / Leading WebEx Training Sessions preferred
Experience working in a matrix environment preferred
