Systems Engineer III
Must have a considerable knowledge of principles and practices regarding computer hardware and software systems with an emphasis in diagnostic and troubleshooting techniques. Demonstrated leadership success either formally in past supervisory roles or informally by modeling a strong example of leadership.
Must have and be able to maintain a strong customer service focus.
Must be able to work and contribute in team oriented situations both directly and from remote locations.
Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications or a closely related field and/or 5+ years related work experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Advance methods and techniques used in the installation, testing, troubleshooting.
Recommend, install and maintain appropriate technology to meet client needs.
Monitors all Enterprise Storage systems for performance and capacity to maintain stability with uninterrupted operation. Maintains and monitors all systems backups to ensure that all systems can be restored from an alternate source should a need arise.
Design, implement and maintain information systems and supporting hardware and software applications
Design, develop and/or customize multi-user, server-based application software systems
Define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
Detect, isolate and resolve information system problems.
EMC Systems (i.e., Avamar, VNX, RecoverPoint, Centera, DataDomain).
Enterprise VMware Administration
AD - Active Directory Administration
Dell and Cisco UCS hardware configuration and management.
Windows Server OS knowledge including installation, administration and trouble-shooting
Project Leadership and Project Reporting
Software License Administration/Monitoring and policing
Advanced Writing and Verbal skills
Continue to master the operational characteristics of a variety of computer platforms, software and operating systems.
Principles and practices of customer service and user assistance.
Good business email writing and basic report preparation.
