Sr. Customer Engagement Manager - 213417 Description
      SUMMARY:

      Reporting to the Director, Events and Corporate Partnership, the Sr. Customer Engagement Manager is the “face” of Cessna to our external corporate partners as well as a high volume of concept customers. Overall responsibilities include the identification, development, and management of all Cessna corporate marketing partnerships and execution of engagement events relating to the same. This individual must be a high energy, business savvy, self-starter who is solutions oriented and customer focused. The role includes a high degree of interaction with and negotiation among senior level Cessna business managers, executive team, and external executive management. Success in this role is defined as strategic investments in partnerships and activations that lead to an exponential increase in qualified sales leads and lifetime customer value.

      SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE:
      ·


      Research partnership and sponsorship opportunities outside of the aviation industry and develop strategy to leverage those relationships across all lines of the business and for each customer segment in 4 key global regions
      ·
      Creation of marketing briefs in support of each marketing partnership and customer engagement; execution that is as break-through as it is captivating…must create buzz
      ·
      Integration of appropriate brand look, feel and message into all areas of marketing events associated with partnerships; coordination with geographically dispersed agents
      ·
      Management, tracking and maximization of Marketing Event Partnerships, including ROI determination
      ·
      Close collaboration with outside partners including but not limited to Barrett Jackson, PGA Tour, Special Olympics, Chip Ganassi Racing, and other major global initiatives
      ·
      Development of and accountability for budget allocated to marketing event activities as well as project schedules – tasked to deliver 20%+ ROI
      ·
      Develop and train desired skills and capabilities for two (2) direct reports; delivery of performance reviews

      Excellent written and oral communication

      Experience in vendor managment
      ·
      High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Salesforce.com
      ·
      Apply marketing strategy and communication support for events with cultural relevance on a global scale
      ·
      Experience in relationship building
      REQUIREMENTS
      ·


      Bachelor’s degree from accredited university, preferred in Marketing, Sales or Communication; MBA preferred
      ·
      4+ years experience in marketing, sales or related field
      ·
      Legally authorized to work in the United States
      ·
      Ability to travel up to 25%
