Farm Manager


. This position is responsible for supporting the Farm manager in all aspects of farm production, as well as, leading and communicating with employees in all daily tasks such as farrowing house management, breeding mgt, and grow out phases of pork production.

Principal Accountabilities:
50% - Reviews protocols and confirming specific management protocols are being followed

50% - Supervise daily activities of production employees


Bachelor of Science degree preferred or High School degree with 7 years pork production experience

Degree Plus 2 years pork production experience

Animal husbandry skills, strong people skills, ability to lead team to common goals

General computer knowledge for email and excel spreadsheets

Occasional travel
