DESCRIPTION:
SENIOR HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST F/T, 40 hrs/wk (M-F, 8:30am-5pm, & as needed).
Health & Education Services, Inc. 's Human Resources Department in Beverly is seeking an experienced, hands-on Senior HR Generalist to join our team.
The Senior HR Generalist will be responsible for providing a full spectrum of HR services, including the administration of polices and procedures, recruitment and selection, credentialing, benefits, leaves of absence, performance management, training, compliance, and employee relations support.

Qualified candidates must have :
A Bachelor's degree (PHR/SPHR preferred).
A minimum of five years human resources generalist experience, preferably in a healthcare or non-profit environment.
The initiative of a skilled self-starter, as well as the proven ability to work independently and with management to create change.
The ability to present facts and recommendations effectively, in oral and written form.
Unquestionable integrity.
A detail-oriented focus.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency using Microsoft Office.
Experience working with ABRA a plus.
Experience working with mergers and acquisitions also a plus.

Responsibilities included, but are not limited to :
Prepare, recommend, and maintain records and procedures for controlling personnel transactions and reporting personnel data.
Administer classification programs and maintain job descriptions.
Process all change of status forms and maintain the HRIS system.
Administer benefits program.
Monitor unemployment claims and assists departments with appeals.
Manage performance appraisal program.
Administer worker's compensation and related programs.
Conduct exit interviews and report on results.
Design and deliver learning and development opportunities.
Keep current on employment laws and employment law related compliance regulations and information.
Assist HR Director with various research projects and/or special projects.
All other duties, as assigned.
Some limited travel may required.
