Must understand and comply with all safety rules and company policies of Weatherford. Responsible for the planning and direction of employees with strong leadership and supervisory skills. Maintain satisfactory driving record. Adhere to company policy and procedures. Must have strong industry knowledge of equipment and products. Ability to interface with customers in the effort to maintain positive customer relations. Responsible for planning and directing efficient activities and ensuring quality through the execution of service according to plan. Responsible for sales support as needed. Must be able to generate proposals and pricing as needed. Ability to verbally communicate and understand written details and directions. Work assignments carried out to the highest quality level. Provide orientation and on-the-job training for subordinates and ensure that the authority and responsibility for each position is defined and understood. Perform duties according to the documented Quality Policy and comply with all requirements of the Quality Systems Manual, Operating and Technical Procedures and Work Place Instructions. Perform various other duties assigned by supervisor within the physical constraints of the job.

Minimum 5 years experience, and proficient industry knowledge of fracturing equipment and products.
Degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
Ability to work effectively under pressure.
Multi-tasking ability.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Should be able to work closely with fellow employees.
