This position requires efficiency, attentiveness, consistency, dependability, being proactive and motivated with a cheerful and friendly attitude and focus on excellent customer service. Checks guests into rooms, answers telephones and relays messages, facilitates guests needs as information center for facility, uses computer equipment, must be able to stand for extended periods of time and handle multiple tasks simultaneously, is cross trained as a reservation clerk and telephone operator, handles fax machine, copier, credit card and telephone equipment. Work hours are various shifts, including weekends and holidays. Must possess good communication skills, be outgoing, and give top priority to customer satisfaction.
