Manufacturing Associate (Recent or New College Grads Only)
As a Manufacturing Associate, you will acquire in-Fab experience in a production environment to develop a foundation of understanding of how an IM Flash production facility functions. Once a solid foundation is achieved, it will be your responsibility to tactically manage the production line flow in your area. You will analyze capacity, production scheduling, tool loading, efficiency opportunities, and communicate findings and priorities to the production teams. You will be responsible for creating efficiency run plans for the area teams to execute. Manufacturing Associates will work with area leadership and equipment engineering to understand strategic capacity and overall fab constraints to continually improve tactical execution. They must also complete all required safety training and conduct all work in a safe manner.
