1. Consistently demonstrates effective telephone communications with E-Rate filing public
2. Provides complete information to E-Rate callers in an easy-to- understand manner
3. Skillfully prepares and submits E-Rate project related staff work in a timely manner
4. Exhibits strong problem solving capabilities
5. Works independently with dependable and accurate results
6. Maintains up-to-date knowledge of E-Rate regulations and policies
7. Participates in special projects as required.
1. Requires a High School Diploma or GED.
2. 0-1 years of related customer service, call center or help desk experience.
3. Ability to effectively work within established contractual turnaround times required.
4. Must have demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to organize simultaneous tasks
0-1 years of related customer service, call center or help desk experience.
1. Basic knowledge of company or customer products and services.
2. Basic computer skills, which may require proficiency in one or more specific applications, depending on job assignment.
3. PC experience is required.
4. Must be able to demonstrate a minimum of 20 WPM typing speed (will be tested internally).
5. Effective communications skills
6. Excellent attendance
7. Working experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
