Matura Farrington is currently seeking an outstanding front desk receptionist/assistant for a legal services company in downtown Los Angeles. Successful receptionist / administrative assistant candidates will be very organized, friendly and polished. The receptionist / administrative assistant is the first to greet new guests and contacts so must be hospitable and professional and extremely reliable. This temp to hire opportunity will pay about $11-$12/hour.

  • Answer and direct heavy incoming phone calls
  • Manage and ensure phone systems are working properly
  • Greet clients and exhibit excellent customer service skills
  • Assist with administrative tasks as necessary
  • Maintain conference rooms and meeting room schedules
  • Manage and ensure audio/visual equipment set up for meetings.
  • Job Requirements
    *Must have at least 3 years prior reception or administrative experience
    · *Must be willing to perform administrative duties
    · Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
    · Ideal candidates will have prior experience within the legal or financial services industries.
