Growth in our Northwest Division, based out of Perrysburg, OH, has created an opportunity for a career-oriented and energetic individual to join our team as a HVAC/R Technician. Your primary responsibility will be to performs maintenance and service repairs on heating, ventilating, and air conditioning and refrigeration systems. We are seeking an experienced chiller operator / journeyman with commercial HVAC/R experience for our Toledo market.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
o Maintenance or replacement parts for existing units according to specifications and established safety guidelines.
o Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
o Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
o Works under limited supervision.
o Ability to troubleshoot and repair RTU'S and split systems up to 25 ton in size.
o Ability to troubleshoot and repair hot water hydronic systems up to 1million btu's.
o Ability to troubleshoot and repair refrigeration units of all types.
o Has experience repairing/operation/programming various Building Automation Systems
Required Position Knowledge:
o High school diploma or its equivalent.
o Apprenticeship and/or formal training in area of specialty.
o 7+ years of experience in the field or in a related area.
o Refrigeration handling certification type I & II
