We presently seek a skilled professional to a ct as a steward of Temple University Hospital’s operational improvement initiative. Your ability to identify process improvement opportunities and lead, manage and execute Lean and Six Sigma initiatives from concept to completion will be essential to the position. We will also turn to your skills and expertise to build people capabilities to ensure the continuous evolution of the principle of process performance management and techniques. Be prepared to lead and manage process improvements in a variety of departments.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred At least 5 or more years experience leading and executing process improvement projects using traditional methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, TQM, PDCA) Lean/Black Belt certification preferred
