Responsibilities : Working under the direction of the Director and/or Office Manager, the PCC manages the client/patient intake process through effective communication and collection of information and performs a variety of administrative functions in support of outpatient rehab/speciality services. Responsibilities include receiving patients, collecting co-payments, posting co-payments in system, charge entry and cross check, and pre-loading of charts.

The PCC manages the chart/records throughout the patient's interaction by assuring accurate and timely preparation, charging, scanning, filing, including cross checking of daily work.

Requirements : High School diploma or equivalent. Prior experience working in the medical field and/or training. Need to be have proven proficiency with computer systems.

*May be required to occasionally come in for staff or departmental meetings.
