This is a full time seasonal position. This position requires a commitment to work from August 19th to November 9th.

The position is responsible for protecting the company assets by promoting and implementing various Corporate Loss Prevention programs.

Ensure the safeguarding company assets in a defined geographic region. Use LP strategies, training and audits in order to prevent loss of assets. Assist in developing and implementing effect LP strategies. Direct the shrinkage reduction program by coordinating the effort between Human Resources, Field Operations, Home Office management and LP. Conduct investigations, surveillances, exception report research and audits as needed. Monitor and report to Home Office management the progress of LP programs and strategies. Make recommendations for changes as required.

Education and/or Experience:
Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or four to seven years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Other Skills and Abilities:
Knowledge of Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software. This includes Microsoft Office Programs. Information interviewing techniques Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to travel extensively Analytical and accounting skills Customer focus Must be extremely honest and of the highest integrity. Must possess and maintain a valid Drivers’ license.
