NHS Human Services, through its subsidiaries, is a community-based, nonprofit, human services provider with over 40 years of experience serving the special needs of children and adults. NHS offers a full range of integrated services in the areas of mental health, addictive diseases, autism, education, intellectual/developmental disabilities, juvenile justice, therapeutic family care and other specialized services.

NHS is currently seeking fee-for-service experienced BSCs to service clients. We are looking for people to work in Philadelphia, Montgomery or Bucks county. The Behavioral Specialist Consultant will design and direct the implementation of a behavior modification intervention plan which is individualized to each child or adolescent and family needs.
While maintaining some direct contact with child and family, the Behavior Specialist Consultant will primarily provide assessment; program design and monitoring.
Core services include the following: Assessment of strengths and therapeutic needs of child and family Inclusion of child as a participant in his/her own treatment Inclusion of parents or other caretakers as members of the treatment team and as partners in treatment Determination, with the family and the case manager, of any necessary family support services
**This is a field position and requires a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
Clinical MA/MS/MSW Master's level Mental Health Clinician with documented training in the field of behavior modification techniques. Minimum two years of related experience post MA degree in a CASSP Service System (employed by or under contract to C&Y services, juvenile justice, mental health, special education, or drug and alcohol, working with children, or employed by a mental health services agency or subcontracted agency.
