Serves as a business consultant for project reviews, revisions, changes, enhancements, and usability testing of rating.
Works closely with Business Partners to ensure requirements for projects are clear, measurable, & testable while attempting to develop/maintain common processes at an Enterprise level wherever possible.
Acts as liaison between Marketing, Pricing, and third party Vendors (e.g. Comp Raters, Agency Management Systems, etc.) to ensure flawless implementation of revisions, changes and enhancements.
Provides expert business knowledge and technical support for maintaining and enhancing comparative rating software.
Performs competitor benchmarking and usability reviews to prepare and coordinate business requirements & specifications, then submit the request(s) for programming changes.
Develops test strategy, test plans, and test cases for simultaneous, and potentially complex, projects.
Responsible for verifying accuracy of new states, projects, updates, rate revisions, logic modifications. Includes identifying and tracking errors and inconsistencies in the functionality.
Develops ongoing relationships with third party Vendors & regular users of third party Vendor software to help better our position in the marketplace as well as to get ahead of competitor changes.
Keeps Business Partners abreast of new offerings, changes, and opportunities afforded by vendors & competitors within the vendor software.
