This opening is for a highly experienced bipolar device modeller with at least 5 years of experience and familiarity with VBIC, MEXTRAM, and particularly HiCUM models. Further, the candidate should be have a very strong understanding of device physics and device processing within a manufacturing environment and be competent in Verilog-A coding. Lastly, the candidate should possess very strong communication skills and be a proven team leader in addition to these technical skills. It is expected that the candidate will have an industry wide reputation.
