This includes but is not limited to the following programs and initiatives, Preferred Seat Donations, Michigan Athletics Annual Fund and the Premium Seating experiences for donors at Michigan Stadium, Crisler Center, Yost Ice Arena and the Wilpon Baseball and Softball Complex.Responsibilities*Annual Giving Program Strategy and Implementation -- In partnership with the Senior Director, Annual Giving Programs, responsible for developing a strategic communication and solicitation plan (e.g., cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship) for all annual giving donors utilizing the available mediums (e.g., print, electronic, phone, social media) and available partners for collaboration including the Office of University Development and Athletic Department teams (e.g., Marketing, Ticket Office, Media Relations, and Sport Administration).- Manages annual preferred seat donation (PSD) renewal cycles including the development and production of the preferred seat donation mailing/e-mail, requests for upgrades/downgrades/additional premium seats, delinquent payments and waiting lists.- Binding metrics to measure the success of annual fund initiatives, specifically establishing and implementing standards of reporting and accountability to measure the progress of the annual giving goals for donor count and dollars raised Annual Giving Donor Premium Seating Experience - Responsible for day-to-day administration of all premium seating engagement opportunities within Michigan Athletics venues including: football (suite, club, and chair back); men's basketball (courtside, champions box, and club); hockey (ice level, champions box and club); and baseball/softball (suites). - Responsible for developing and implementing innovative and creative strategies for the (a) solicitation of suites, champions' box and club seat agreements (new, renewals, or improvements) and (b) creation of an exceptional door to door donor experience in partnership with Senior Director, Annual Giving staff, and appropriate Athletic Department teams.- Serves as Development liaison for collaborative efforts on the operation of Premium Seating spaces with Facilities, Event Management, and Ticketing departments within Michigan Athletics including the design and function of new and existing premium spaces.- Responsible for the game day operation and donor experience of all premium spaces in partnership with Senior Director, Annual Giving Staff, and Major Gift Team including (a) game day staffing and (b) liaison efforts with Event Management, Food Service, and Ticket Office game day operations for Football, Men's Basketball, Ice Hockey, Baseball, Softball, Men's Lacrosse.- Create and implement a superior customer service interface for existing and potential premium seating donors including creation and maintenance of (a) season ticket interest list for premium seating, (b) seat exchange program for premium seating, (c) innovative web content related to premium seating opportunities for donors on and (d) coordination of all facility tours for development and premium seating inquiries. Works closely with development staff to ensure that key individuals are handled appropriately and alerts development staff when a donor or prospect may require more in-depth attention.- Maintain database, records and accurate mailing lists of donors with premium seating in partnership with the Athletic Development Operations team. - Create and maintain consistent and effective communications with donors with premium seating, including the annual updating and production of the suite handbook and oversight of annual suite load in/out days.- Serves as customer service liaison between suite/champions box holders and Sodexo (Michigan Athletics concessionaire)Management of Support Staff and Programs- Managing Annual Giving associates (2) and Annual Giving Programs, Coordinator. This includes providing leadership, setting and evaluating individual goals, developing and sustaining appropriate training, mentoring, and monitoring of primary focus area.- Building a high functioning team, providing staff with clear roles, responsibilities, accountabilities, mentoring, and support to be successful as a team- Participating in Athletic Development events as appropriate including, but not limited to, home football, men's basketball, and ice hockey game activities, on and off-campus donor events, and other athletic activities as needed - Working in partnership with the Senior Director, Annual Giving Programs: - summarizing and reporting on all Annual Giving campaign activities to Athletic Department Senior Leadership-Developing and managing the budget for all Annual Giving Programs - Serving as a member of the Development Leadership Team to promote a culture of growth and learning- Knowledge of and adherence to all NCAA rules and regulations for special seating at athletic venues.- Performing other duties as assigned
