The individual will be responsible for the following activities:
Performs wide variety of analytical testing using established procedures and techniques. Anticipates, identifies, and solves problems involving analysis of drug products. Recommends modification and improvements to existing analytical procedures. Provides training to others. Perform data review activities. Follows Warner-Chilcott established procedures for the analytical evaluation of raw materials, in-process and finished products.
•Bachelor’s of Sciences Degree in Chemistry
•Chemist License desirable
•Two (2) years experience directly related to raw material laboratory experience. Demonstrated ability to lead groups.
•Must complete at least eight (8) hours of continued education each year
•Fully bilingual in Spanish and English (written and spoken). Requires reading professional literature and technical manuals; speaking to groups of employees, other public / private groups and upper management. Requires writing
documents and complex reports in English and Spanish.
•Computer Knowledge, including word processing, presentation, worksheets and electronic mail
•Experience in data acquisition system such as Empower
•Effectively Manages own time to complete assign task
