The Indiana University of Pennsylvania Highway Safety Center seeks applications for a temporary, full-time IUP Highway Safety Project Coordinator (grant-funded program coordinator 2). The coordinator’s responsibilities are to work with and assist organizations, groups, agencies, departments and individuals who wish to promote highway safety in the counties of Armstrong, Butler, Clarion, Indiana and Jefferson. Renewal is contingent upon funding. $43,599.00 annual salary with benefits.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required; preferably in either education or communication media. Three or more years experience in the field of traffic safety required. Preferences include Safety/Driver and Traffic Safety Education certification and Child Passenger Safety Technician certification. Candidates must be able to use Microsoft Excel, Word and Publisher. Candidates must communicate effectively and perform well in the interview(s).
