We are currently searching for two Biorational Crop Sales Specialists to work with our team in the Midwest** and Southeast***. Description of Job:Provides technical and product support to Valent USA Sales Team and channel partners to increase biorational sales.
Coordinates and organizes “pull through” activities such as grower meetings, grower visits and launch activities to maximize the market share of Valent’s biorational sales. Creates demand for Valent biorational products through value-based selling, on-farm demonstration work, and technology transfer. Works with sales, marketing, field development to educate and implement biorational solutions to end users and channel partners. Works with marketing to develop and implement the biorational business plan with measured sales growth.
Develop sales Powerpoint presentations and literature to promote product use at sales and grower meetings. Delivers expected sales results with minimal supervision.Skills: Strong technical selling skills using plots, data, and technical sales literature. Exceptional oral and written communication skills with a high degree of attention to detail. Strong business planning skills with a solid understanding of strategic marketing principles, business planning, and distribution systems.
