Is a team leader within Risk Technology and generally leads a staff of experts in a function or business solutions area. Leads personnel actions including performance management and compensation decisions. Actively manages the planning, organization and controls of team activities. Supports an operational area or manages a suite of applications. May support 1 or more projects depending on team role and complexity of delivery. Coordinates work across various applications, operations or projects as necessary to maintain or deliver the business solution. May have budgetary responsibility but always has staff mgmt responsibility. Has specific experience or skill sets to perform role. Typically requires 5-7 years of applicable experience.

Directs, manages , plans and administers the performance strategy, planning, organization and controls of team activities. Leads and supports a team of performance experts. Coordinates work across various applications, operations or projects as necessary to maintain or deliver the business solution. Responsible for innovating new technologies to help drive test solutions and problem solving. Responsible for building strong business partnerships. Exercises judgment within broadly defined practices and policies in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criterion for obtaining results. Responsible and accountable for metric reporting of the portfolio and driving process improvements.
