Performs a variety of clerical support functions/processes for an office or unit. Performs clerical duties, or a few specialized or essential clerical functions (i.e. data maintenance, filing system maintenance, transactions, etc.).
Minimum Training & Experience: High school diploma or GED and one year of related experience OR One year of vocational/ technical school or college education OR One year at the lower level or at an equivalent position
Agency Specific Qualifications and/or Preferred Qualifications: Significant experience and/or education relating to the specialty area of the position including filing, handling customers’ complaints, and scheduling client appointments. Knowledge and usage of hardware and/or software related to the position. The ability to translate English to Spanish and Spanish to English orally and in writing is preferred.
