NCH Australia is seeking a creative, detail-oriented individual who works well as a team player and can manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The Marketing Coordinator will be based out of our Sydney, Australia office. Preferred candidate will possess diverse skills including advertising or marketing background, graphic design capabilities, and project management skills to support the Australia Office and International Marketing Team with the development, tracking and implementation of marketing and sales materials. Core Responsibilities:
Implement various promotional and sales aid initiatives
Develop concepts and create designs that meet the goals of external and internal customers by analyzing marketing goals and objectives
Produce sales literature, product sales promotions, public relations and advertising material for company sales channels
Track marketing and design initiatives, creating calendars/schedules in coordination with regional marketing managers
Coordinate closely with outside creative agencies and maintain strict adherence to delivery timelines
Manage search engine marketing campaign and budget
Create and maintain database of customer addresses and emails for marketing purposes
Retain in-house design files and portfolio of marketing and sales literature, keeping track of all marketing and sales literature
Coordinate updates and content corrections to product literature and labels
Analyze various marketing reports related to marketing analysis, sales, product, and rep performance
Assist regional marketing team in analyzing new market opportunities for regional programs, researching promotional opportunities, and introducing new products to the marketplace through creative communication and sales tools
Position Requirements
Qualifications /Skills /Requirements:
BA or BS degree in marketing, advertising, communications or graphic design
2 years prior experience at an advertising or in-house creative/marketing department
Understanding of the Marketing Mix (Product, Price, and Promotion)
Advanced skills in PowerPoint, including use of color palettes, master slides, animations, imported elements, and template creation
Intermediate skills in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
Website and search engine marketing experience a plus
Knowledge of offset and digital printing, requesting estimates and sourcing print services
Highly organized with attention to detail and consistency
Superior ability to prioritize and complete projects on a daily basis while working with multiple deadlines
Excellent collaboration and communication skills
Strong problem solving, project management, and analytical skills, as well as the ability to think out of the box and implement creative solutions
