Their end-to end-business solutions that includes: consulting, design, development, software re-engineering, maintenance, systems integration, package evaluation and implementations.

The Opportunity:
The Client has charged us with this priority search for a 'Lead Consultant' to augment their already successful team. For this position, they are seeking an individual with expertise in -Oracle HRMS & Payroll.

Implement multiple modules of one package Model business processes. Implement technical architecture surrounding the package Tailor methodologies and macro issues to customers needs Lead small teams at a module or project level Pre-sales support Skills :

Should possess good functional knowledge of Oracle HRMS (EBS) R12.Should have in-depth knowledge of the following sub modules Core HR and Payroll and working knowledge of Time and labor and Advanced Benefits. Should have completed at least 2 implementation cycles in Oracle HRMS. Should have working knowledge of basic technical skills especially PL/SQL. Should be able to understand and articulate business specifications with both business teams as well and technical team. Should be able to do a fit gap analysis of as vs. to be and recommend industry recommended best practices Must have excellent Client Interfacing and Management skills. Qualification :

A minimum of Bachelors Degree.

Experience Required (In Years): A minimum 7 years of experience with listed responsibilities and skill sets.
