As a Marketing Assistant, you'll support our retirement sales team members across the country by fulfilling advisor requests such as sales proposals, presentations, and coordinating seminars, as well as routine tasks to help the team operate effectively. You'll plan and organize your work within agreed upon guidelines and be responsible for identifying and working with management to resolve situations that may need special handling.
Qualifications: Required skills:
High school diploma or equivalent, plus 2-3 years of related experience
Requires ability to work independently, good organization, customer service, and oral and written communication (including telephone) skills.
Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize work with appropriate attention to detail is required.
Must have basic computer skills
Must be able to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team
Strong communication skills and ability to work with a varied audience
Associate's degree, Bachelor's degree or some college preferred
Sales or Marketing support experience
Administrative experience preferred
Experience working with Pivotal Relationship application
Must become an associated person of Princor Financial Services Corporation which requires fingerprinting and a full background check.
