Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Newark, DE
To lead and manage the triaging of Safety First Learning Reports, coordinate event management activities including analysis and follow up, weekly organizational SAFE Huddles, facilitate Intensive Reviews and process improvements with the objective of eliminating patient harm and sharing system improvements.
Education & Experience:
Master’s degree in healthcare care field required. RN with Delaware licensure. Minimum of one-year work experience in patient safety/quality activities required. Certification by National Association for Health Care Quality, organizational skills and project management experience preferred. Education, understanding of and or experience in one or more of the following are desirable: information technology, improvement science, just culture concepts, team facilitation, Root Cause Analysis & Failure Mode & Effect Analysis and human factors.
Reports directly to the Corporate Director Patient Safety and Accreditation Services.
