Help Desk Manager should have at least 5 years of experience, 2 of which should be specialized.
Ability to communicate well and have a positive customer services attitude.

Work is in Kansas City, MO


  • High School Diploma/GED
  • At least 5 years experience in information systems development..
  • At least 5 years experience in Network and other work in the client/server field.
  • At least 5 years experience in Help Desk with a positive customer service attitude
  • U.S. citizenship required
  • English: Basic knowledge

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Security clearance of Secret - Active
  • English : Intermediate
