Bachelors degree and minimum of 5 years successful pharmaceutical or specialty products sales experience required
Certification and Product Experience / Expertise with the Respiratory Brands
Minimum 2 years experience as District Sales Manager/1st line leader

Responsible for the development and implementation of integrated (business acumen, customer engagement, and business ethics) training solutions for assigned portfolio of brands based upon core priorities of Business Unit. Monitor and measure effectiveness of all training components, including distance and live application of learning.
Creation of strategic training plan for assigned portfolio/brands with the engagement of marketing, sales, legal and compliance.
Lead distance learning and live application for each training cycle.
Matrix accountability with the Commercial Capabilities Central Service to ensure integration of business acumen, customer engagement, and business ethics into training plans
Matrix accountability for interactions with Marketing, Legal, Sales etc.
Attendance at appropriate BU, Portfolio and Brand strategic and tactical planning sessions
Create appropriate training curriculum for PLE and changes to product profile due to regulatory requirements (e.g. – PI changes etc.)
Manage and train small and large classes of sales stakeholders
Consistent communication with Customer Segment Leads to support the business needs
Have the ability to shift focus or support based on needs of the business
Develop brand training according to Scientific Knowledge Capabilities outlines and expectations
Participate with product management in the copy approval process of product training materials, specific to portfolio/brand responsibility, to ensure these materials meet regulatory, medical, and legal guidelines
Organize and conduct Train-the-Trainer programs as needed
Assist Scientific Knowledge Capabilities peers with implementation of additional field training programs
