Summary:

This position is responsible for designing, executing, and coordinating tests for upcoming systems changes. This position is

also responsible for tracking and logging any issues pre and post release.

Responsibilities:

Job Responsibilities:
Investigate system issues and defects reported by staff and customers.
 Log and track any issues or defects reported and provide regular status updates to staff.
 Coordinate testing with resources inside and outside the department.
 Test system fixes before and after their launch.
 Design and execute tests for new system changes to verify they perform according to specifications.
 Works closely with project managers and business owners in coordinating testing.
 Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:

Qualifications:
Extensive background in Word and Excel. Esurance specific software knowledge is a plus.
 Team player, self-starter, takes initiative, ability to work independently.
 Articulate, with excellent oral and written presentation skills; able to convey concepts and ideas clearly and professionally
 Excellent writing skills, including correspondence, procedures, business documents, technical documents and status
reports.
Experience / Education:
Four year degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
 Two or more years experience in the Insurance industry preferred.
 Two or more years in software testing is a plus
