The Associate Counsel position will: (i) prepare and review corporate contracts and other legal documents; (ii) provide advice on physician transaction and alignment issues; (iii) ensure all contracts comply with the applicable federal and state regulatory guidelines (e.g.; anti-kickback; Stark; etc.); (iv) coordinate with various internal departments and outside counsel on key contractual terms and conditions; (v) develop and refine standard templates for use throughout the health system; and (vi) advise the health system on a broad range of other legal and regulatory issues.
REQUIRED EDUCATION: Juris Doctor Degree.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: 1 - 4 years in Healthcare Law or 1 - 4 years in Corporate/Transactional Law.
REQUIRED LICENSURE: Florida Bar License.
