A variety of office management tasks, including but not limited to:
• Office related inventory management and ordering
• Respond to incoming calls and correspondence
• Oversee front office operations
• Plan company events and spearhead additional projects as needed
• Assisting with recruitment
• Filing and organizing office-related information
• Accounting activities
• Document Administration
• Responsible for providing day-to-day administrative support for 3-4 executives
• Managing multiple calendars, travel, & expenses
• Coordinate extensive domestic and international travel
